Sprtsvc.exe – What Is It?

The sprtsvc.exe process, also known as SupportSoft Agent Service, is used to provide automated support to SupportSoft products, such as SupportSoft sprtsvc, ADP Smart Desktop Agent, and SupportSoft Sprocket Service.

By default, the sprtsvc.exe file is located in a subfolder of C:\Program Files. The most common size of the file is 202,280 bytes. You may also find the sprtsvc.exe file in 202,544, 201,968, 202, 800, 202,560, and 202,244 bytes sizes.

To remove the SupportSoft Agent program, perform the steps listed below:

1. Click Start and select Control Panel.
2. Next, double-click on Add or Remove Programs icon.
3. In the Add or Remove Programs window, select SupportSoft Agent and click the Remove/Uninstall button.
